Constant voltage LED drivers from Mean Well that are available in a selection of wattage outputs ranging from 20 watt to 320 watt. Available in 12V DC or 24V DC outputs. Constant voltage LED drivers are mainly used for powering LED strip tape but can be used for various other types of LED lights.
Mean Well LED drivers offer exceptional reliability at an affordable price. They are fully sealed to IP67 offering complete resistance to dust water and steam. Fitted with mounting holes they can be mounted directly onto a surface such as a kitchen cabinet or onto a mounting plate for mounting inside an enclosure. IP (International or Ingress Protection) defines a products level of resistance to dust and moisture. The first digit is for dust and the second digit is for moisture.
Anything higher than IP44 can be used in bathroom zones 1 and 2. IP44 is splash proof and resistance to particles larger than 1mm.
An IP65 rating offers a higher resistance to moisture and is generally used outdoors. IP65 is usually specified for bathroom downlights but according to the Building Regulations, IP44 provides adequate protection.
An IP68 rating is fully water resistant and can be submersed in water, up to 1M in depth.

Constant voltage LED drivers have a 12V or 24V DC output voltage. They are mainly used to power LED tape and smaller LED lights.
Constant current LED drivers have a 350mA or 700mA output. They are used to power more specialised LED fittings that require a precise current.
Many other output voltages and currents are avaialble but these are the most popular examples.

You shouldn't have to adjust any of the settings under the rubber grommets.
If you could check all of the connections and then possibly send us a picture, we might be able to spot something.
